you?"><U><B>OBEDIENCE 101</B></U></A><B> </B> </div> <div> 7 week course $120</div> <div> This 7 week class is for canines that are at least five months old, up to any age adult dog. </div> <div>  We teach you how to teach your dog the meaning of the words  SIT, STAND, DOWN, COME, OFF, HEEL, STEADY, HURRY, LET'S GO, along with two focus word, LOOK  and TOUCH.  We add a few tricks and include some jumps and tunnels to round out your canine companions education.   We teach each word separately and then over the weeks distraction and real life situations for you to practice.  We also help you work through individual problems that you might be experiencing with your dog. </div> <div> On the last night of the Obedience 101 course, 'graduation night', you and your dog will participate in a 'fun rally' set up with 15 stations where you will ask your dog to perform the various behaviors that you learned during the course.  It is followed by a musical fast sit contest, a 'best trick' and 'most improved dog' vote by your group and finally a diploma and class picture for all the hard work you both put into the course. </div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <IMG SRC="1c311960.jpg" people working with their dogs.  You will find that the group becomes supportive and it is rewarding for everyone to see how the dogs improve every week as their humans become better teachers. </div> <bR> <div>   Many people are concerned that their dog may not do well with other dogs in a group.  Most often they are quite surprised.  You can always switch over to private lessons if you are not comfortable in a group situation. </div> <bR> <div>   </div> <div> Each class builds on the class before it. You must be willing to make time every day to practice the behaviors you learned in class.  You will learn tips in class how to practice teaching your dog 'good behavior' all day long. </div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <IMG SRC="0c255130.gif" border=0 width="597" height="19" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <div> <B>PRIVATE LESSONS</B></div> <bR> <div> $30 for a one hour lesson </div> <bR> <div> Some humans and canines feel more comfortable with one on one instruction.   </div> <div> You will be amazed how much you can learn in one hour when it tailored to your individual needs. </div> <div>                    Feel free to call us so we can schedule an appointment.  We want to accommodate your needs. </div> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> Private lessons are available most afternoons. </div> <bR> <bR> <div> <IMG SRC="07455130.gif" border=0 width="597" height="19" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <div>           <FONT SIZE="5" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Comic Sans MS" ><B>    LEAVE YOUR DOG WITH  ALLY   </B></FONT></div> <div>  3 weeks  $600 </div> <div> If you would like to include housebreaking into this option please add $100 </div> <bR> <div> We would rather you learn to train your dog with us, either through a group class or private lesson, but if neither of those options is suitable for you or your lifestyle, then we will do the basic training for you.  Your dog must be at least <B>5 months old.</B>  He or she will live with me and my husband in our home, for about 3 weeks.  Plan on spending 45 minutes to an hour the day you come to get your dog at the end of three weeks.  We will begin the process of teaching you how to communicate with your dog using your new communication skills.  We suggest that you come back for 2 more lessons to continue your education and sharpen your skills.  These lessons are included in the price.
